The policy of the school district is to maintain a learning and working environment that is free from harassment and violence on the basis of race, color, creed, religion, national origin, sex, age, marital status, familial status, status with regard to public assistance, sexual orientation, or disability. The school district prohibits any form of harassment or violence on the basis of any of the above.

From this page, you have two options for reporting concerns on bullying, harassment, racism, and hazing, and they are the below Google Survey (link below) and/or the Centennial Middle School Tip Line 763.792.5596.
When an incident is reported on the Google Survey and/or Centennial Middle School Tip Line, a middle school administrator will follow-up within 24 hours (may vary on weekends, holidays, or summer months).
Anonymous messages can be left on both the Google Survey and Centennial Tip Line and the middle school administrators will follow up on the concern. Per Minnesota Statute, no disciplinary action will be taken against an alleged aggressor solely on the basis of an anonymous report.
