Important School Information
2025-2026 Centennial Middle School Day Schedule
School Hours: 8:05 am-2:55 pm
The Middle School office will be open from 7:30-3:15 each school day.
Athletics, Activities & Clubs: MS Athletics & Activities are run through the Community Education Department. Visit the MS Athletics & Activities page on the Middle School website for registration information: https://middleschool.isd12.org/student-life/athletics-activities
Bus Information: If you have transportation questions, please email transportation@isd12.org.
Student Chromebooks: All students need to bring their fully charged student Chromebooks and cords to school every day.

Summer and Back-to-School Dates to Remember
Thursday, June 12th through Monday, August 11th:
- Middle School office closed for the summer
Tuesday, August 12th:
- Middle School office opens, 8 am-3 pm
Thursday, August 21st:
- Schedules/Team Assignments/Locker Information available on Campus Portal
- Back-to-School Materials Drop-Off & Picture Day, 3-7 pm
Tuesday, August 26th:
- Back-to-School Materials Drop-Off & Picture Day, 3-7 pm
- Open House w/ Teachers 4-6 pm
Tuesday, September 2nd:
- First day of school for 6th grade only
Wednesday, September 3rd:
- First day of school for 7th and 8th grades
The Middle School office will be closed for the summer from June 9th through August 11th. It will reopen on Tuesday, August 12th and will be open daily from 8 am-3 pm from August 12th through August 28th. Note: The school office will be closed on Friday, August 29th and Monday, September 1st.

Schools across the district marked the end of elementary days for their fifth grade students with a send0off to Middle School in the fall.

Centennial High School students earn Minnesota Bilingual Seals and World Language Proficiency Certificates giving them a head start on college credits.

Congratulations to Dr. Charlene Behne, a teacher in our schools from 1960-1993, and Mehmet Konar-Steenberg, Centennial High School Class of 1987, inducted into the Centennial Hall of Fame on May 1. As we celebrate their accomplishments, we are reminded of the power of education to inspire, connect, and transform lives.
